📅 Order Window (1–2 Weeks): Orders are collected. Due to high demand, we may close early to stay on schedule.

🏭 Production (2–3 Weeks): We partner with a local warehouse that specializes in making acrylic mirrors like ours, ensuring high-quality results. Designs are printed directly on the mirrors during this stage.

🎁 Finishing (3–4 Weeks): Each mirror goes through quality checks, final touches, and careful packaging.

🚚 Delivery (5–7 Business Days): Once shipped, U.S. orders arrive within about a week via UPS or USPS.

What Does Qualify:

- Mirrors that arrive shattered, cracked, or structurally damaged

- Large scratches that affect the mirror’s appearance or usability

To qualify, please email us with photo or video proof within 5 days of delivery.

What Doesn’t Qualify:

- Does not qualify if 5 day delivery window is closed

– Small marks or scratches that aren’t noticeable when hung.

– Damage after delivery, improper installation, or accidents.

– We can’t replace mirrors due to size, style, or a change of mind.
