All sales are final. All orders are made-to-order and begin production immediately after purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, exchanged, or returned for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect address entry, change of mind, dissatisfaction, or delayed fulfillment.

Pre-Order & Production Information

Products are produced in small batches to maintain quality and consistency. Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, quality control, logistics, or external factors. Reasonable delays do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines include production, international transit, customs clearance, and final delivery. While we make every effort to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays caused by carriers, customs, or global logistics disruptions may occur. All orders will be fulfilled and shipped.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell, share, or trade personal information. Customer data is used strictly to process orders and payments and is handled securely through trusted payment providers.

Yes. All products on this page are PRE-ORDER items.
Production typically takes 8–12 weeks before shipping give or take.
Orders will ship after production is completed. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Yes. All pre-orders are FINAL SALE. Because these items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once your order is placed.
No. Once your pre-order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or changed.
No. Since this is a pre-order and made in limited batches, all sales are final.
Pre-orders take time to produce. If a chargeback is opened during the pre-order production window, it will be disputed with proof of the pre-order policy shown at checkout and on the website.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the damage and packaging. We’ll review and assist you.
We do our best to ensure accuracy, but minor differences may happen due to lighting, screen color differences, and manufacturing tolerances.
