Due to the custom, made to order nature of our mirrors, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, exchanged, or returned.
Made To Order
All Mirro Studios mirrors are made to order. These are not pre-orders. Once the current drop closes, we begin production of your mirror locally in New York. Each piece is produced specifically for the orders placed during the drop.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your mirror to be produced, prepared, and shipped. Because each mirror is made to order, your order will not ship immediately after purchase. Our team begins production locally in New York once the drop closes and works to complete and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your mirror has completed production and is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information via email. Transit time begins after your order has shipped and is separate from the 2–3 week production timeline. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Mirror Shipping Protection
Mirrors are fragile products and are carefully packaged before leaving our facility. We strongly recommend adding Mirror Shipping Protection to your order for additional protection against eligible damage, loss, or shipping issues that may occur while your package is in transit.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
